Hi, my name is Linette Montae, Founder of Empowering Youth For Success and quite honestly, I am just happy to see you here because taking the time to develop youth business, financial and leadership skills is just like planting golden seeds that will grow into success in life.
I often hear adults say “young people do this” and “why don’t young people do that”, and whether you agree with them or not, I know you want the best possible future for yourself and the young people you know. Right?
Well you’ve come to the right place! I have worked with young people for two decades plus raised 12 therapeutic foster care and 2 biological children, and “I believe that given the right space, tools and training; ALL youth can succeed!”

Our Plan
The Youth Success Team travels extensively speaking to youth, parents, educators and mentors at colleges & universities, various conferences, award programs, school assemblies, leadership groups, and more.
In addition, EYS offers Youth Success Academy and the Bookbag Entrepreneur Club, plus our store hosts a variety of audio & visual programs, books, games and youth success paraphernalia.
